Currently seeking two (2) Project Coordinators to join their busy team for a 12 month temporary assignment. About the role: As a Project Coordinator, you will assist and work closely with the ICT Integrity Transformation Delivery Branch.
In addition, you will:Use project management tools and processes to support workflow and coordination, and group or strategic projects. Review and perform quality assurance of work products before progressing to the executive. Liaise across the Agency on meeting papers or other documentation for supporting the executive.
Coordinate work streams within the branch Program Management Office, using project management tools and stakeholder management experience. Plan and book travel and assisting the executive with other administrative and logistics tasks. Engage across the Agency on work products, including by collating inputs and feedback, and setting up collaborative work processes.
