Job description:
The Project Coordinator is part of a project team with accountability for all analysis activities on initiatives from idea inception through to project delivery. This role will work closely with the Project Leads as well as other business stakeholders and will engage with end users and subject matter experts to identify and develop requirements of their work, demonstrating Agile behaviours.
Profile description:
• Support the stream leads in undertaking data analysis, identifying the trends and insights to solve the business problem.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their wants and needs and define requirements.
• Support requirement gathering workshops and interviews with different parts of the business and document the findings.
• Support stream leads in analysing and researching to understand current business environment.
• Support stream leads in problem solving, creating business case.
• Support project lead in creating presentations to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with project leads to develop the project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on schedule. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams during design, development, testing sprints.
• Create functional documentation and ‘how to' user guides and current / future state process documents.
What you'll bring to Honda
• 3+ years' cross-functional experience as a Project Coordinator in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical & presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in shaping priorities and managing different skills within a team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences.
• Familiarity with Confluence & JIRA is a plus
