The Role
An opportunity is currently available for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Burswood on a maternity leave contract commencing ASAP with an end date of approx. Feb 2025. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the project management framework as set by the Project Managers.
As a Project Coordinator with Programmed, you will support the successful delivery of projects; ensuring that the activities of our teams are geared to deliver the agreed project management pipeline of multiple projects. You will also support with the delivery of a small number of projects at any one time.
You will ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget with a high standard and emphasis on safety. You will develop close liaison with colleagues in Facilities Management, Asset Management and Procurement Management, as well as external client stakeholders, to deliver a seamless service to clients that meet project expectations.

Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar would be highly regarded
- Experience in Project Managing, Coordinating or Contracts Administration
- A demonstrated understanding of Australian OH&S and Environmental legislation
- Experience delivering Government projects would be highly regarded
- First rate communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all internal and external project stakeholders
