About the Role:
WorkPac are currently hiring a Project Coordinator to join the New Project Development team based in Perth. In this role the successful candidate will provide crucial support with planning, change and execution phases as well as facilitate effective stakeholder communication and contribute to well-planed and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Maintain and update the planning environment across the program, including all levels (program plan, work package plans, activity boards) and all horizons (long, medium, and short term)
Support delivery of plans: track actions and activities to completion, log issues and decisions.
Administer the project document management system.
Maintain the dependencies register, risk register, decision log, issues log.
Maintain the stakeholder engagement tracker and coordinate engagement activities.
Support the program lead with budget forecasts.
Support delivery of discrete pieces of work as required.

An excellent planner â You understand planning in a program environment, you can maintain a complex plan across multiple work packages, managing different levels of detail and dependencies
Driving for results â You have a high sense of urgency. You have a proven track record of delivering results and actively managing progress. You know how to tactfully chase-up actions and hold people to account. You know when and how to escalate.
Joining the dots â You go beyond the administration of tools. You get involved in the content enough to be able to join the dots, identify dependencies, flag potential risks and issues, and seek decisions.
Structured and organised â You are able to manage a high volume of activities and a fast pace in an effective manner. A self-starter, you prioritise your work effectively and deliver in line with your commitments.
Agile â Whilst highly structured, you are at ease with ambiguity and can deal effectively with updates in plans, priority changes and urgent requests.
A current âCâ Class Drivers Licence
