Key Accountabilities:
As the Project Coordinator for a 30+ storey development on a brownfield site your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks focused on ensuring the successful planning and delivery of the project working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and sub-contractors on site. Duties include:
- Scheduling and time management
- Site logistics
- Monitoring and updating sequence of works
- Coordinating sub-contractors
- RFI’s, document control, and reporting
- Quality Assurance
- Ensuring safe site practises
Requirements:
- BSc in Construction Management or similar industry relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator position within Australia
- Familiarity with construction lifecycle, scheduling, and building practises.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
