Position Summary:
The New MediaProject Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring various New Media projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Work with Market Director and engage with clients to understand their expectations and detailed requirements for New Media initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Work with Market Director and establish clear project objectives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, increasing social media engagement, and driving online sales for the clients.
- Develop customized project management plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans.
Task Management:
- Break down New Media promotion projects into detailed tasks.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, content creation and editing schedules, and promotional activity plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as marketing team, content creators, designers, new market managers, and external vendors to align project tasks with overall objectives.
- Coordinate with client representatives to incorporate their feedback into project plans and execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and maintain clear communication channels between all parties involved in the projects.
Cost and Resource Management:
- Conduct thorough cost assessments and develop detailed project estimates with clear explanations of all costs.
- Evaluate and coordinate project resource needs, ensuring team members have clear roles and responsibilities.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Hold regular meetings to review project progress and address any issues.
- Manage change requests, record meeting outcomes, and track the implementation of action items.
- Continuously oversee project execution, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Quality Assurance and Delivery:
- Develop delivery plans that specify expected outcomes and acceptance criteria for each project phase.
- Prepare for and conduct delivery acceptance meetings, ensuring comprehensive reviews and evaluations of all project deliverables.
- Compile detailed acceptance reports, including assessments and final decisions on project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the New Media industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of New Media trends and technologies is a plus.
