Remuneration: From $ 96k-$103k + 17% Super & leave loading
Location: Kensington, NSW (Hybrid work arrangement available)

The Opportunity As Project Co-ordinator you will provides effective day-to-day administrative support within the Data Risk Management Project Team at UNSW. This role calls for an organised and proactive individual to work collaboratively with their team and key stakeholders to support the delivery of crucial project activities.
Your day to day will support with the management of the end-to-end delivery of the project and will include:
Providing project administrative support, including scheduling meetings and coordinating project tasks.
Acting as the first point of contact, managing effective communication with key stakeholders.
Producing reports on project activities, financials and other performance metrics, as needed.
Developing and maintaining efficient filing systems, spreadsheets, databases and websites.
Participating in relevant projects and business improvement activities to streamline processes.
Skills and Experience: This role would suit an organised and proactive Administrator with a background or interest project co-ordination, alongside the following skills:
Advanced time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet deadlines in the face of changing priorities.
Well-developed interpersonal written and verbal communication skills to create planning and project documents and presentation materials.
Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service, building trusted relationships and providing support to clients at all levels.
Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to make sound judgements, work methodically through your workload both independently and as part of a team.
