Group Project Coordinator

Our client, boasting an impressive footprint and reputation as a trusted building supplier, is seeking a Group Project Coordinator to be responsible for assisting in project management, including scheduling, planning, budgeting, and task coordination. In addition, the Project Coordinator will also play an integral role in managing communication with clients and subcontractors whilst providing superb customer service to ensure all project requirements are met on time and within budget.

Based in Brisbane Northern Suburbs you will be joining a collaborative but high performing team and will be fully supported and provided with opportunities for continuous development and growth within the project and construction space.  Focused on delivering outstanding projects that exceed their clients’ expectations, your key responsibilities will entail:

• Receiving successful project handovers from sales / estimation teams;
• Ensuring documentation is uploaded into the project management system;
• Coordinating and programming all contracts and liaising with relevant project teams;
• Ensuring all technical requirements are tracked and maintained + input into the system for project planning;
• Liaising and supporting project execution staff;
• Ensuring monthly progress claims are accurate and align with cash flow management protocols;
• Maintaining all stakeholder relationships (internal and external);
• Maintaining and monitoring contractual KPI's;
• Leading from the front in all safety matters + managing compliance;
• Managing monthly reports to Senior Leadership team across project updates, productivity progressions, invoicing and progress claims, and all important interactions with stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will possess these traits and have a minimum 3 years' experience as a construction Project Coordinator. You will need a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills will also be required as you will be dealing with engineers, project managers and subcontractors on a daily basis.
