We are partnering with one of Australia's industry leading medical companies located in Notting Hill. This organisation is currently looking for an Project Coordinator for an initial commitment of 6 months with the potential for extension.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the Project Management team, your duties will include:
- Processing of customer information into internal systems
- Assisting with contract administration
- Updating clients on installation of medical devices
- Communicating by phone and email to collect relevant documentation from clients
- Ad hoc administrative tasks to assist the wider team
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Coordination and high level administrative positions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and customers
