Two organisations. One IT Branch.
This role is for a position in the IT Shared Solutions (ITSS) Branch. A collaboration area in which the TAC and WorkSafe Victoria share resources to deliver IT solutions. If successful in your application, you will be employed by TAC working across both organisations
About the role
The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing general administration support for the successful delivery of projects and is actively involved in the coordination of various projects within a specific portfolio. This includes supporting the development of processes and activities including financial management, project reporting, asset management, procurement and administration.
The Project Coordinator will be accountable for tracking the overall status of the various main project deliverables within the agreed ICT Investment portfolio and will be the point of contact for the portfolio.
About the Team
Reporting to the ITSS PMO Program Manager you will be joining a supportive, encouraging and collaborative team who are always willing to assist one another.
What we’re looking for
Experience in coordinating projects within an Information Technology environment.
Demonstrated Understanding of the project lifecycle and delivery phases
Strong stakeholder experience
Excellent relationship building with proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Highly motivated with a positive and proactive approach, and a demonstrated ability to take accountability for delivering quality outcomes.
