Project Coordinator

We are recruiting a Project Coordinator on behalf of a Federal Government Department that supports the government’s ongoing priorities through the Budget process and fosters leading practice through the public sector resource management, governance and accountability frameworks

The Project Coordinator will support the efficient management and successful delivery of projects by ensuring that all project activities are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, status updates, and any issues that arise.
• Work closely with Project Managers and project resources to ensure that project goals are met and any challenges are addressed promptly.
• Ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in project planning and team management.
