As a Project Coordinator you will be assisting the Project manager in coordinating, support, documentation, budgeting, plans, reports, resource allocation, project milestones and so forth.
Additionally this candidate needs to be an Australian Citizen and eligible to be put through NV1 clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and coordinate projects.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in resource allocation, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Experience:
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Knowledge experience in data, cabling, fibre, security, electrical.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
