Our client is seeking to engage an EL1 Project coordinator/reporting officer
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Length: Start – ASAP, End – 30/06/2024, with 1 X 6-month extension possibility
Eligibility/Security Requirement: Must be able to obtain Baseline
Statement of Work:
The Project coordinator will ensure that the project is executed seamlessly, and objectives are met on time. The project coordinators will conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all deliverables meet the established requirements. They will review and Draft project documents, including governance reporting to ensure that all project activities are adequately documented. Project coordinators will maintain project momentum and facilitate a seamless transition to the next stage of the project.
Candidates should have experience working Government and have a sound understanding of project management methodologies and approaches.
We are seeking candidates with experience in managing or supporting large, complex digital project across who can:
- prepare project status reports
- establish and maintain project documentation and improve project information management systems
- provide practical guidance to support the project delivery and change initiative
- foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with project team, delivery partners and key stakeholders
- draft and deliver strategic communications and coordinate project management activities.
Candidates require:
- experience in establishing and maintaining project documentation
- well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate and influence with management and staff at all levels
- relevant certifications or qualifications in project management
- experience in drafting and delivering strategic communications
- experience in coordinating project change management activities.
