We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Renovations team in Myaree. This is a key role that will focus on delivering a high level of customer service to Clients through the contract signing process to handover.

Responsibilities//Duties:
- Liaise and deal directly with clients from contract signing through to handover.
- Visit site and accurately site measure existing house to obtain relevant details for drafting, scheduling and discuss all facets of job with client
- Prepare variations from plan measure for estimating
- Liaise with prestart consultant to book in clients colour meeting.
- Prepare detailed variation paperwork, send quotes and work with estimating.
- Liaise with client, discussing variation pricing, resolve any outstanding issues.
- Quality control check on working drawings, variations and specification.
- Write construction program as required for job.
- Check building license for any special conditions, drive and administer any required changes.
- Follow up financial approvals.
- Book in and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers prior to handing job to construction supervisor.
- Visit site on some occasions during construction to resolve any site issues.
- Liaise with all staff to ensure all processes are followed and all queries are resolved.
- Weekly job tracking meetings
- Conduct pre-commencement meetings on-site with client and construction supervisor at commencement of site start.
- Continual update and learning of new products, specifications and policies.
- Complete other tasks as required to fulfil job.
