I am seeking a Project Coordinator in Melbourne to take up a 3 months contract with a view of extension.
Your day at NTT
- A minimum 3 year of experience providing Project Co-ordination services on ICT delivery projects.
- Experience providing project co-ordination services over multiple concurrent projects within a program of work.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Knowledge and experience with financial management, assignments may include budget tracking and reporting on project spend vs actuals.
- Knowledge and experience with project reporting, including status reports, updates to project schedules, and contributions to project steering committee packs.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
- Experience scheduling, establishing agendas and taking minutes/actions from project meetings.
- Experience maintaining issues and risk logs.
- Proficient skills in MS Office products, including Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to foster relationships with a range of stakeholders, projects teams and vendors.
- Ability to work with autonomy and the ability to prioritise and track assignments.
- Experience with MS Project, and or other reporting tools such as Zeno.
- Experience tracking resource assignment/allocation.
