Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting in the safe, profitable, and timely management of construction projects. You will manage project documentation, subcontractor relationships, cashflow, and assist the site manager and project manager as needed. You will comply with relevant policies/procedures and create a safe work environment on site and in the workplace.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, JOBPAC, and Procore
- Basic knowledge of head contracts and subcontracts
- Understanding of contemporary building practices
- Ideally have a building related degree/diploma (may be currently studying) or trade background
