Role:
Arki Building Surveyors is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth execution of building surveying projects from inception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to the success of diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation, including building permits, compliance certificates, and reports.
- Support project planning and scheduling, including resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support project requirements and decision-making processes.
- Organize and attend project meetings, documenting discussions, action items, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including surveyors, engineers, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, correspondence, and financial documents.
- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget management, identifying cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
- Assist in the evaluation of project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a closely related field with a mandatory two years’ fulltime work experience. In the absence of qualification, 3 years full time relevant work experience is required.
