We are seeking an eager self-starter to complement a dedicated team and help them to deliver amazing outcomes for our Defence and Government customers. The purpose of your role is to coordinate team activities and be responsible for maintaining accurate records of meetings, including minutes, action & follow up items, run timelines, planning, events, training sessions, and project co-ordination on all existing governance and team communications.
Your day in the life of a Project Coordinator at Optus Satellite
Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and time/project management skills to deliver optimal team performance support to the business growth areas including Defence and Government. Convey messages from Executive clearly and concisely and also be responsible for communicating with other teams or departments. Salesforce administration & management (creating reports, pushing team for updates, and exceptional data integrity. Events support and management - planning, schedules, logistics, bookings, administration. Maintain and drive positive and effective working relationships within the business and with all stakeholders, vendors, agencies and customers.
Your skills to pay the bills
Strong administration and/or project and facilities management experience as gained in a simimlar role to date; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with excellent planning and organisational ability; Ability to establish relationships with diverse groups & personalities; Confidence with conveying messages from Executives clearly and concisely; Australian citizenship / passport holder and the ability obtain relevant security clearance/s;
