Searson Buck are excited to be partnering with Optimum Standard in the search for a Project Coordinator for their eastern shore office.

As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for forecasting project costs, preparing and interpreting analysis of profit and loss statements. You will also communicate with external stakeholders, ensure resource availability for project teams and support administrative tasks.
Key duties of the role include:
- Analyse ongoing projects and direct cost control over future activities
- Support the principal consultant in developing project schedules, budgets and plans
- Monitor project progress and coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects
- Manage financial functions such as raising purchase orders and invoices, reconciling accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure efficient office operation by maintaining office supplies, equipment and services
