Diverse projects, Design & Build, Steel Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineerring, complex projects within construction & manufacturing sectors.
The Job:
- Site Maintenance - coaching and supervising engineering/fabrication teams on site.
- Review and interpret site drawings, good knowledge of OH&S standards.
- Oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, and identify potential risks.
- Plant Commissioning - supervising, but not afraid to get hands dirty.
- Client liaison, external stakeholder management, engage with customers daily - project status reports.
- Learn about Strategic Planning, Shut Downs, and Preventative Maintenance, procurement if not from a Manufacturing background.
- Estimate, schedule, and check quality of projects.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Trades qualified and 5 years of Supervisory experience or Degree qualified and 2 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of infrastructure projects, including design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Strong Communicator.
