- Payroll Preparation
- Ordering Materials and other Stock
- Preparation of Compliance Paperwork
- Data Entry
- Managing technician activity including booking accommodation, scheduling trips and paying allowances
- Managing Aged Receivables Ledgers (Debt Collection)

About you:
- Attention to detail
- Able to manage reception based duties including able to answer phone calls and managing multiple email based mailboxes at the same time
- Ability to be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Reliable and punctual
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative role with experience in the construction industry an advantage
- Ability to be able to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing schedules
- Provide exceptional administration support to PM’s in terms of scheduling, rescheduling liaising with clients
