About the ROLE
Enzen is looking for aProject Cost Controller, who will support Enzen to monitor and control revenue and costs related to Enzen’s Operational Projects which include renewable energy projects.
As a Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Using spreadsheets and cost control software to analyse financial data.
- Creating and analysing Project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Allocating Project Costs to categories and business areas.
- Tracking project labour hours and verifying supplier invoices. Analysing variances in forecasted profits and expenses.
- Assisting /Establishment and maintenance of Project Cost Schedules for all projects
- Establishing and maintaining the Project POCM forecasts
- Supporting EPC EOT and Variation Claims development – time and cost
- Supporting subcontractor EOT and Claims analysis
- Establishing and maintenance of Project Claims Registers
- Providing estimating support
- Supporting the Project Managers with the Claims Process
- Supporting the establishment of contracts
- Supporting the establishment of Sub Contracts and Supply Contracts
About YOU
- Degree in Finance and/or Accounting or CA/CPA qualification
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Excellent numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy
- Business partnering skills
- Proven capability and experience in all aspects of Project Cost Controls Management
- Proven Project Cost control experience in an EPC project environment
- Proven ability to participate in Claims negotiations both on the Client and Subcontractor sides
- Ability to communicate with executive-level partners and customers
- Experience in the Percentage of Completion method of accounting for projects
