Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to oversee and manage Project Delivery across all of our business unit teams. is role will establish the Project Delivery Team with future Project Coordinators to assist in delivery management of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Project Execution Standards and Methodologies.
• Mentor Project Leaders and Project Engineers to become better skills in project management.
• Assist Project Leaders with planning, scheduling and budgeting projects.
• Assist the broader Project Teams with all facets of Delivery, Planning and Execution of projects.
• Establish Project execution teams for new projects.
• Resource management, including the allocation of the right team members to the right projects.
• Manage the delivery of Projects across the teams and make high level assessments of Project Tracking, Client Relationship and Delivery Status.
• Manage and utilise Project Management Systems to monitor and schedule team resourcing and achieving deadlines.
• Managing and tracking the delivery of Work Packages to external clients, partners and teams.
• Schedule Meetings, record information and coordinate resources.
• Lead Project Coordinators in the support and coordination of projects with Project Leaders.
• Assist at Large Project Meetings - minutes, notes and correspondence
• Generate Draft Project Invoices and Claims against Contracts and Agreed scopes.
• Report to management team on Project Risks and Project statuses.
• Monitor key performance metrics for project, client and team success.
• Ensure Project records and documents are accurately captured and stored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in project management or Project Delivery
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and managing complex and multiple projects.
• Ability to multi-task, to work independently and to offer assistance when required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite packages and Tools
• Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
• Driven to achieve
• Strong organisational skills
