The Projects & Asset Delivery Manager engages stakeholders, supports infrastructure plans, manages budgets, oversees bidding processes, plans asset upgrades, maintains management plans, manages contracts, ensures compliance with quality and government regulations, prepares reports, responds to stakeholder needs, manages Work Health & Safety obligations, and monitors asset portfolio performance.

Description
- Competent in the development of design briefs and procurement of consultants and contractors
- Be able to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities within established limits of authority
- Provide out-of-hours support to project delivery
- Travel to different site locations
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to line management & key stakeholders
Profile
- Demonstrated project management and program coordination experience
- Understanding of government procurement and compliance requirements
- Experience in working with and managing complex stakeholder groups
- Problem-solving skills: Identifying business/customer needs, being creative in developing solutions, and presenting information to drive decisions and action
- Relevant degree, postgraduate qualification, and experience in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, or similar field
- Management and leadership experience
