About the Role:
As a Development Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the full life cycle of development projects, from acquisition through to PC. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to not only manage but also invest in projects, providing a unique blend of responsibilities and rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Engage in the acquisition process, identifying and evaluating potential development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to maximize profitability and return on investment.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery, leveraging the latest industry trends and technologies.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Development Project Manager, with a track record of delivering commercial, residential, and/or transport infrastructure projects.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in project investment and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
