Project Director/Associate Director

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants, serving as a key point of contact.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
• Build strong relationships and identify/pursue new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process, aligning project management goals with the company’s vision and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager/Associate Director within a client-side project management consultancy, with a focus on commercial & industrial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with a successful track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
