Responsibilities:

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager/Associate Director within a client-side project management consultancy, with a focus on commercial & industrial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
