What’s on offer?We are excited to share that having secured the esteemed RAMC GEN3 contract, we are now expanding our team! Based on the stunning Sunshine Coast, this significant maintenance contract offers a stable and dynamic work environment, spanning an initial five years with a possible extension of three additional years.Join us as a Project Engineer focused on programmed maintenance, specifically resurfacing and rehabilitation projects, under the RAMC GEN3 contract. This role offers the opportunity to spearhead significant projects that maintain and enhance the road infrastructure of the Sunshine Coast, providing both challenge and reward.Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate major rehabilitation projects, ensuring they meet all operational, quality, and compliance benchmarks.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that extend the lifespan and functionality of existing road assets.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate project outcomes and integrate lessons learned into future project phases.
• Ensure all activities comply with contract requirements, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience as a Project Engineer, particularly in large-scale rehabilitation or construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Professional engineering certification (e.g., RPEQ or CPEng) is preferred, or willingness to obtain within 18 months.
