Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Project Engineer to support our Pipeline Rehabilitation Projects including Fold and Form technology. The key responsibilities include:
- Promote a safety-first culture on all projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, scope, and deliverables to ensure timelines, budgets and resources are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact whilst ensuring projects are managed accordingly.
- Address client enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively implement best practices to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all Lining Projects adhere to industry standards and relevant environmental regulations.
- Monitor and report on project compliance, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members, facilitating skill development and growth.
- Oversee data collection and analysis, providing transparent and informed insights to clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, highlighting project performance and outcomes.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years proven work experience in Civil projects and/or Pipelining.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools ie Microsoft Products, Project and CRM’s.
- Keen to learn and understand an evolving program of works.
- Proven experience in successfully working autonomously and being a self-starter.
