Seeking an experienced Mechanical or electrical Project Engineer, this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am -5pm, based in their Woolloomooloo office & optinal Working From Home.

About the role
The role supports the delivery of routine, tactical and improvement projects development activities across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with a range of planning and environmental requirements across complex and often continuously operating assets, including working within a project management framework that ensures projects are delivered to best practice project, contract, and asset management standards. Handling approximately 60 proposals across mechanical, civil, and electrical disciplines.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare Proposals/RFQ
- Scoping the works and obtaining quotes from our approved vendors
- preparing proposals to be submitted back to our client for review
- Support the production of design and specification documents to support planning
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations
- Source collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Support the Project Development Manager in ensuring project proposals and designs are compatible with the objectives of the contract and provide high-quality, cost-effective, safe, reliable and efficient solutions,
About you
- Demonstrated project management skills
- 2+ years infrastructure project development experience ..
- Appropriate tertiary degree qualifications in civil engineering or project management (or equivalent discipline).
- Road or Civil experience
