Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects related to FMCG production processes, packaging, and logistics.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and expenses to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in FMCG engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management within the FMCG industry
- Strong technical skills in engineering principles, CAD software, and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- PMP or other project management certifications are desirable.
