ABOUT THE POSITION.
The Project Engineer role is integral to their project teams, contributing to the planning, design, and execution phases of their projects. This position requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and a commitment to project excellence.
DUTIES.
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selecting engineering techniques and the sequence of operations.
- Evaluate project specifications and drawings, making necessary modifications or adjustments.
- Conduct site inspections and project meetings to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality control of all projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including compliance reports and progress updates.
- Proven technical and project management skills within the civil construction sector.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and the latest industry practices.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficient with engineering software and project management tools.
