As a Personal Assistant based in the Peninsula area, you'll play a pivotal role in a bustling Real Estate Sales team.
Your duties will encompass a range of crucial tasks, including:
- Accompanying clients to appointments such as final inspections and pest inspections
- Prospecting
- Generating vendor reports
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing pre-listing kits, market reports, and proposal documentation
- Managing email, face-to-face, and phone enquiries
- Following up with buyers post-Saturday inspections
- Nurturing buyer relationships
- Conducting open inspections and private viewings
- Coordinating photographer appointments
- Ensuring compliance with Real Estate Legislation
- Assisting with REIV documentation and key management
1-2 years experience
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Agents Representative Certificate Required
Drivers License
