AddressAre you ready to take charge of coordinating and applying best practices in scheduling/planning, cost, and scope management? Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of Delivery Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, cost, and change management tools/systems for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide monthly updates and facilitate Project Controls management.
- Contribute to the development of the Project Controls Framework within the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Update and enhance templates for scheduling, cost, earned value, and change management.
- Conduct end-of-month Project Controls reviews and reporting.
- Liaise with financial and risk management teams to ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project teams or Project Management Office roles.
- Proficiency in project cost management, Primavera P6 scheduling, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with integrated Project Controls Systems and business intelligence tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
- Current driver's license.
