CPS Technology & Infrastructure is a leading Telecom Deployment group providing 'end to end' services for the wireless telecommunications sector. We acquire, design, and install network infrastructure solutions for leading Australian companies.
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager with a large volume of infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Schedule & supervise CPS subcontractor workforce
- Provide support to project build project team
- Review & assist with the completion of site documentation & hand over packs (HOPS)
- Booking CPS RIC resources & outages
- Quality inspection site visits. Site snag clearance
- Project forecasting, tracking and reporting
- Troubleshooting support
- Order, manage and receive incoming goods FIM & non FIM
- Manage and maintain project files
- Manage & report to CPS local clients
- Manage and distribute project information including drawings
- Carry out WHS audits
- Direct supervision of site High Risk Works
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience on telecommunication projects and site deployments
- Demonstrable technical knowledge of Optus & VHA networks including install & commissioning of equipment
- Site build / construction experience / knowledge
- Ability to manage subcontract resources, cost and time
- Understanding of Quality, WHS and Environmental Management Systems
- Valid Australian Driving License.
