Project Engineer - Fifo

Responsible for planning, forecasting, costing, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure compliance with company and client needs.

Unite Resourcing are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our clients' team on a rare earth's project in Kalgoorlie.
The successful candidate MUST HAVE experience in Underground Services on a mine site in Australia.
Location: Kalgoorlie, Western Australia
Employment Type: FIFO on a 2:1 roster or residential
Duration: Minimum 3 months with the option to extend up to 12 months
Commencement Date: Early March 2024
Requirements for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
• Previous experience in a similar role as a Project Engineer
• Demonstrated experience working on Australian mine sites
• Proficiency in managing underground services/utilities projects
• Ability to assemble Non-Destructive Report (NDR) files
• Experience with conducting inspections and developing test plans
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and maintain relationships with our clients and stakeholders;
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective and productive working relationships managing our subcontractors and suppliers
• A commitment to Commercial acumen & contractual awareness with strong knowledge of WHS and compliance.
