Project Engineer (M&E/Services) - Tier 1 Builder

Our client is a large Tier 1 Builder who have multiple opportunities for Services Engineers/Coordinators across Residential & Mixed use projects

Project Engineer/Coordinator (Services) – Tier 1 Builder

• Tier 1 Commercial Builder
• Apartment & Mixed Use commercial - Eastern & inner suburbs
• Circa $110 – 150K + Super (Depending on experience)

Atlas is looking for an experienced Project Engineers/Coordinators (Services) on behalf of a well-regarded national Tier 1 Builder. The company are experts in many areas of commercial construction including Data Centre, Pharma, Health, Residential, & Mixed Commercial up to $500M in value.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in Review of service designs / design coordination.
• Document Control and management
• Assist in Selection of services sub-contractors
• Supervision of construction works subcontractors through to project delivery
• Assist in the Planning of construction sequence and safe working procedures
• Understand drawings, specifications, programs or scope of works for each subcontractor package
• Assist in liaision with infrastructure utilities, such as electricity, water and gas providers
• Consult on project construction program and subcontractor deadlines

Key Skillset Required:

• Prior experience working as a Services Engineer or working across services packages within a commercial construction head contractor environment.
• Technical knowledge, experience or understanding in the installation of building services across multidiscipline services - including Electrical, Mechanical, hydraulics and fire
• Solid analytical & problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ideally hold tertiary qualifications in HVAC Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building, trade qualifications or equivalent experience
