Who we're looking for:
We're looking for experienced Project Engineers to join our high calibre team, working with senior members of the project team to achieve optimum production and cost outcomes on a major Defence project on the South Coast of Sydney on a 5:2 roster.
Drawing on your learnings from a successful engineering career, you will:
- demonstrate leadership qualities which allow for mentoring of Site Engineers and Graduates to achieve innovative solutions to complex challenges
- provide onsite engineering services and technical support to fearlessly strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- preferably 4+ years' experience on infrastructure projects (experience working on a Defence project highly regarded)
- passionate about excellent health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes
- motivation to achieve value-for-money results
- previous experience with major tier one or two contractors undertaking similar work.
