The Roles
Rimcorp are seeking to support our existing clients Project under construction through the engagement of Project Engineers/ Senior Project Engineers.
We are looking for Project Engineers/ Senior Project Engineers with significant project experience in the delivery of complicated multifaceted sites.
The Project is currently under construction South of Brisbane and existing construction management requires the support of experienced and qualified Project Engineers through the Civil and SMP phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in the planning and execution phases of the project.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to streamline project workflows and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to uphold project integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Foster a culture of safety and environmental sustainability throughout all project activities.
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Prerequisites
- a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and or Structural Engineering
- sound understanding of the application of engineering overlays in project management and their relevance to scope, time and cost.
- high level verbal and written communication skills
- minimum 2-5 years’ experience on infrastructure projects
- excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality
- focus on value engineering
- working commercial knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
