Our Energy and Resources Division in Perth works with major exploration and distribution clients to deliver specialist Oil and Gas, Hydrogen and Renewable Energy projects across the country. These include mining integrity, maintenance and construction related work programs, as well as upstream Oil and Gas flowlines, leases, network gathering and distribution systems projects.
Ideally, we are seeking a qualified Project Engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience in the mining industry. This full-time role involves a secondment to one of our top-tier clients for a period of 12 months.
This role will see you be responsible for:
- Delivering project management solutions on time, on budget, within scope, and with high quality to our clients.
- Developing and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including client representatives.
- Creating detailed work plans which identifies and sequences delivery activities.
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings
- Determine resource requirements.
- Capture, and process variations within levels of authority or advise management accordingly.
About you:
- You have tertiary engineering qualifications in Mechanical or Engineering;
- 3-10 years’ experience in a similar role[RS1] including experience working for / seconded to an operating company
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- You currently reside or intend to reside In Perth
- Natural ability to manage budgets and schedules
- You excel at multitasking and enjoy working on a variety of projects
