Your OpportunitySupport the National Service Delivery Team to successfully deliver our housing project – Operations Foundations. This role will be responsible for owning and tracking the project plan and ensuring timelines are met across all working streams within projects, they will also be involved working groups across variance streams. This includes but is not limited to systems & information, learning & development, tenant and staff materials, contract & stakeholder management, reporting, analysis, and service improvement.
Your key responsibilities will be to:- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans to track the progress of deliverables within the scope, budget, and timeframe.
- Identify risks; develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure projects deliverables are achieved.
- Develop appropriate systems and processes for the successful delivery of each project.
- Research and identify a range of practices and initiatives (both internal and external) which will contribute to improvement in quality and best practice operation for MAH.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (from front-line) to gather information and ensure accurate content to meet the needs of front-line teams.
- Conduct thorough research and work with SMEs to understand user needs, workflows, and potential pain points.
- Maintain accurate project documentations, including plans, schedules, reports. Document findings and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with housing operations teams to deliver services to staff, clients, and community.
- Follow an integrated service delivery approach within MA (community services) and MAH working with, Housing Services, Asset Management, Community Development, and other teams to meet the needs of key stakeholders.
Requirements for Success- Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management (essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- Familiarity with housing-related legislation and regulations (desirable)
- Previous experience in community housing (desirable)
- Qualifications in project management (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and present information logically
- Proficient in documentation tools such as Excel, PPT, Adobe InDesign, Word or similar
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand and document complex systems
- A deep understanding of community housing in NSW, TAS, QLD & NT or willingness to learn and upskill
