An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and talented VPS6 to undertake a fixed-term role as the Project Lead within the Central Education District project team. The Central Education District (CED) is located on the eastern edge of the CBD and includes the Treasury Precinct and 200 Victoria Parade. As the Project Lead you will be responsible for the governance of project control groups and committees as well as all reporting to these groups. You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement across the department and management of project staff.
As a highly talented member of the public service, you will be able to manage your team of staff, build strong stakeholder relationships, prioritise and reprioritise work, and communicate project plans to relevant stakeholders to build capability and understanding.
This is a fixed term role to 31/08/2024.
