About the role
To uplift our focus on Business Intelligence, we have established Group Reporting which brings together like functions across the Group to enable a focused and consistent approach to Business Intelligence. Group Reporting creates a Centre of Excellence for our stakeholders (from across all divisions) that provides access to trusted and value add Business Intelligence capability that enables data driven operational and strategic decisions making. Group Reporting consists of three specialist domains; Customer, Finance and Operations.
You will support the design, build and implementation of new large and cross domain requests within Group Reporting as identified and prioritised by business stakeholders. The role will also monitor and make recommendations to the team operating model including identifying efficiencies and process improvements across Domains within Group Reporting.
An advocate for agile ways of working, you will support Group Reporting to improve productivity through creativity, innovation, and collaboration across the team, division and broader organisation.
In this role you will get to:
Engage with business stakeholders and enable the elicitation of current and future state requirements and translating this to technical stakeholders/requirements.
Support in development of multi-year domain specific (Customer, Finance and Operations & Corporate Services) roadmaps and consolidated Group Reporting roadmap.
Develop, document and monitor project plans for the various initiatives in line with strategy and objectives as set by Senior Leadership Team.
Ensure projects are driven towards a ‘one-way same way’ approach ensuring appropriate change management principles adopted and embedded.
Identify where a business opportunity exists to deliver or increase automation, identify, and engage stakeholders to and determine business suitability against business requirements and broader Group technology roadmap.
Collaborate across the organisation to ensure visibility of dependencies and impacts of across business units.
About you
You will have a high level of influence and ability to work with people at all organisational levels up to and including Executive. And have the ability to prioritise and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
To be successful in the role you will have:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Energetic, enthusiastic, and co-operative
Ability to mentor and coach staff on change management principles
Ability to prioritise, monitor and organise workflows
High level of literacy and numeracy skills

Experience in Vendor assessment and technology platform implementation
