As a Project Lead of the Women’s Health Clinic, you will lead a strategic and system improvement project. You will be responsible for the implementation of a specialist women’s Health Clinic. The clinic will encompass different models of care in delivering screening, diagnosis, and management of conditions unique to women and gender diverse people. In order to do this, you will be required to demonstrate effect project and change management principles from planning through to execution to deliver of the project.To be Successful in this Role you
- An understanding of IHI Improvement science and methodology
- Proven leadership and demonstrated ability to deliver an operational project
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high-level communication skills with a collaborative consultative approach
