This position will be a FIFO roster from Perth.MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication. Our suite of products covers mineral processing and bulk materials handling equipment along with other specialty products. We value diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment for all employees.About the opportunityReporting to the Projects Supervisor, the successful candidate will be required to manage the day to day running and performance of a small team.Your responsibilities will include
- Coach, mentor and supervise personnel.
- Lead and manage the teams’ resourcing, objectives and scope of work.
- Coordinate and communicate plans and priorities for the day to the crew.
- Provide development and performance feedback to the crew.
- Step up into supervisor position when required.
- Promote a positive culture by leading by example.
- You will receive support from both Minprovise and the Clients management team to help to excel in this position.

- Australian recognised trade qualification
- The ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- Elevated Work Platform ticket is desirable.
- Section 44 certificate is desirable.
- A strong commitment to health and safety
