The Capital Project Lead will project manage the safe delivery of prioritised Divisional projects. This role will be rostered on either 8:6 or 5:2, 4:3 for FIFO or residential applicants with their own accommodation.Apply now if you are seeking an exciting and flexible work environment with exposure and development opportunities as Rio Tinto continue to enable the Cape Lamberts short term and long term goals.Key Responsibilities Will Include:Project manage the safe delivery of prioritised Divisional projects across Cape Lamberts fixed plant, mobile assets and non-process infrastructure.Lead projects throughout the stages of project management (Define, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility, Implementation and Close out).Project and contractor management including, project design, tender evaluation, budget management, schedule management, risk identification and stakeholder engagement.Work closely with all site teams, internal and external partners.Skills and Experience Required:An Engineering, Finance or Commerce degree or equivalentProject Management Qualifications desirableDemonstrate relevant experience implementing and managing projectsA proven capability and commitment to quality safety leadershipEffective communication and strong interpersonal skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsSelf-motivation and ability to work with autonomy in a high-pace role, managing multiple deliverablesSound computer skills and able to manage multiple software applicationsCurrent C Class Drivers licenceAbout WorkPac:The WorkPac Group is Australia's largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
