Our company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Department.
About the role:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing overall construction performance and quality
- Civil works coordination on land subdivision projects
- Implementation of effective project management and time management for site teams and supervisors
- Negotiate rates for trade labour
- Work together with Construction Manager on supplier management
- Provide technical understanding and advise to resolve issues on site and for implementing regulatory changes

Qualifications and Experience requirements
- Experience with volume and a proven understanding of building regulations and standards.
- Experience in medium density construction jobs and residential builds
- Be able to work across several projects
- Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full unrestricted driver’s licence
