Project Manager - Renewable Energy
Join a global EPC with extensive experience of delivering significant solar and BESS projects.
You'll lead the delivery of large solar farms in NSW and VIC, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget whilst meeting all health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
About you
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering projects within the renewable energy sector.
- You're experienced in controlling and coordinating all construction activities to ensure projects are completed to client satisfaction.
- You are able to manage all project resources and delivery strategy.
- You've delivered solar and battery projects previously.
- You're an expert in project reporting
The projects
You'll join an organization who are known as global specialists in the development and delivery of solar and battery projects. They have a strong pipeline of projects moving into construction throughout 2024, 2025 and 2026. Projects will range in size from 125MW - 400MW.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure timely procurement of all resources, materials and subcontracts in order to meet or exceed all EPC Contract requirements for the Project.
- Provide monthly and weekly reports on the progress of the Works, including any significant events and matters regarding the EPC Contract;
- Observe and be responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the EPC Contract for the Project and all other applicable standards and regulations, and be responsible for ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with the EPC Contract
- To proactively encourage and promote a Project discipline that seeks innovative solutions, value engineering, and cost and program improvements.
- To actively ensure that the progress of the Project works is reviewed appropriately and regularly so as to have up-to-date forward work plans and where necessary, suitable program recovery plans.
