Job description
Ensure the preparation, management and execution of all repairs, commissioning and installation of equipment is managed in accordance with HEPICS standards and agreed timelines.
Produce accurate and timely quotes and tenders to clients.
Provide solutions and services for existing customers as well as creating new business opportunities.
Ensure sufficient manpower and resources levels are in place.
Provide engineering expertise and costing for quotations as and when required.
Ensure project timelines are maintained and regular updates are provided to customers on any expected delays or cost overruns.
Ensure the upkeep and on-going entry of all registers including quotations, WIP, equipment and training.
Facilitate the delivery of equipment required for completion of jobs.
Ensure all service staff are inducted and receive the appropriate training to meet the requirements of the job.
Support shutdown personnel on-site when required.
In conjunction with the QLD Service Manager, identify capital resource requirements and prepare capital expenditure justifications.
Contribute to Service Monthly Report.
Ensure all Service jobs are traceable upon receipt into Pronto and that costs are captured accurately.
