YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY
Due to ongoing growth of our business, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the Alclad team and oversee the completion of each project from the sales handover. Adopting our “get things done” attitude, you will interface with both construction professionals and clients to deliver projects on time and in line with the Alclad strategy.
Based predominantly in our Tullamarine Office with the requirement to visit Project Sites, your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling of projects, including our sub-contractors work schedule.
- Review project drawings prior to project commencement, ensuring product colour, engineering, and compliance is fit for purpose.
- Communicating with clients regarding timeline and details.
- Communicate and coordinate Project installation teams and deal with any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
- Manage several projects concurrently at any one time.
- Organise and coordinate logistics of materials and equipment to site with suppliers.
OUR NEXT PROJECT MANAGER
You have proven construction experience, you are proactive with excellent organisation and coordination skills, with the ability to be reactive to solve unforeseen issues on the fly under pressure. You possess the ability to stand up and have firm and fair discussions and can foresee upcoming problems to navigate solutions early.
In addition, you will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management or Site Management in the Construction Industry.
- A strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, equipment, and ideally have trade experience or are mechanical minded.
- A strong business acumen.
- Proficient computer skills and efficient in email communication.
- Excellent people leadership and communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
- Able to make decisions, you thrive on taking responsibility and solving problems.
You will understand and appreciate the dynamics of a family business and be able to demonstrate a strong values alignment.
