Powering Skills Organisation is a Jobs and Skills Council for the Energy, Gas and Renewables sector funded by the Australian Government and managed by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
We are one of ten Jobs & Skills Councils established to address skills shortages and training structures in different sectors. At Powering Skills Organisation our focus is across the energy sector, focusing on electricity, renewables and gas.
About the role
As Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of our most critical initiatives, guiding projects from conception to completion with precision and expertise. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget, whilst fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
About You
- Formal qualification in related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Project Management role
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve their best
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
